My permanent age

If I could be any age I would want to be 20. I would want to be that age because I would be old enough to live and work for myself but and I would be able to be in collage and hopefully play baseball. I would also be at the age where I could see my parents and visit. I would be very happy because I would live at one age but I would also be sad because I would be restricted from doing some things. I would be happy because I would be able to play baseball for a very long time and be able to play other sports. I also think this is a good age because I’m not to young to do stuff like drive or live by myself but I’m also not to old to do things like hike and run and play sports. If I was older like 30 I wouldn’t be in collage and couldn’t play sports because i am to old. If I was 11 i couldn’t play sports at an extreme level. Thanks for reading and I hope to see you next Wednesday.

The Time I Hit A Homerun

It was the start of the game, all stars, district 30 championship game. I was the 7 hole batter. My team had a rally in the first and scored one run. The first 2 batters got out then we scored one run. After we did that the number 6 batter struck out. With the momentum we had going into the field in the bottom of the first we got a 1-2-3 inning letting our hot bats do the magic again. I was the lead off batter. I would start the inning off. Hoping for a base bit to start another rally to score more my time came. Then I saw it, was like a huge ballon floating into the strike zone, right there. I saw it. Waited. And. BOOM. Gone forever Aaron Hernandez. As I saw the ball soar through the air I new it was going to go. Slow out of the box watching it glide through the air. Lands about 15 feet over the fence. Rounding first and putting up the number 1 I felt like a god in that moment. After I got back into the dugout yells and screams where coming from every where teammates hugging me and high fives going around and a dap up here and there. After the game ended I got a my ball from a few kids who got it. I saw my coach and thanked him and went about my day. Later that night a get a call from my mom in Arizona telling me good job and all that good stuff. The next day it went back to normal. We went on to sections and lost in game 4. Thank you for reading my story and I hope to see you next time.

Rad Reading – September

Percy Jackson and the Olympians, the Lightning Thief by Rick Riordan. This book is a great read. It is about a normal 12 year old boy who learns that his father is Poseidon, the Greek god of the sea. Knowing this information he goes to a “summer” camp for half bloods, half mortal, half god. He is sent on a quest to return a lightning bull that was “stolen by him.” He finds the lightning bolt in his shield that was given to him by Athena. He returns the bolt to Zeus and is rewarded with a talk with Poseidon, his dad and gets his mother back. What I loved about this book is how sucked in I get and how I can really imagine what’s happening in the book and it’s like I’m right there. My favorite character was Percy. He’s funny and he’s the guy doing everything. It’s also cool to be him in the book and go through his thought process when he is doing everything he does. One character trait about Percy is he has lots of knowledge and is smart. One example is he says “Knowing too much of your future is never a good thing” my favorite quote is from AnnaBeth when she said “Shut up, Goat boy.” I like this quote because it made me laugh.

My Favorite Meal

For my birthday my mum and dad make me my favorite meal in the whole wide world. My favorite meal is teit ka. It is an Asian food that consists of rice, egg, broccoli, and brazed pork belly. Every birthday I celebrate with my whole family this is what I eat. The meat takes about 10-12 hours to cook. The meal is served with rice at the bottom with some of the special sauce on top. Then you put the delicious hard boiled egg on top with some nice green broccoli, after that comes the soft, fatty, juicy, lovely meat. This stuff is. The. Real. Deal. And I am not joking. It’s like a bomb of flavors goes off in your. Everything just melts away in your mouth and you are left speechless the second it goes into your mouth. Well that rounds things off, thanks so very much.

The Universe I Would Want to Live In

The book I would want to live in would be Percy Jackson. The reason I would want to live there is because I would get to fight big scary monsters, have superpowers, and I would go on crazy missions. All over the Percy Jackson realm there would be monsters the I could kill with my swords and go on crazy missions with crazy people to do crazy stuff. I would also have superpowers to be able to do crazy stuff like heal myself with water or cast lightning spell in the people I don’t like and they won’t be a problem anymore. The other reason I would want to live in the Percy Jackson world is because all the crazy missions like going to the 600 something floor on the Eiffel Tower when there’s only 102. That’s everything and I hope to see you next time!

My Dream House

If I could live anywhere I would want to live in Toronto Canada. I would want to live there because my favorite baseball team plays there, the Toronto blue jays. My house would have a huge inside baseball field with fences about 334 all around. The baseball field would be a turf and dirt infield with a grass outfield. Right next to it would be a full size basketball court. There would be a gym in the middle of those 2. Then I would put my room right next to all of those so I can wake up and do what ever I want on the field and on the court. I would put a game room on the other side of my home. The game room would have a shuffle board table with a pool table and an old school game machine witch would be Galaga dig dug and pac man. Then the kitchen would be facing out to the open grass. The restrooms would be in my room, in the gym and near the kitchen. I would also make a bedroom for my parents and have there room be the best room. It would have a tv, bathroom, sauna, and to top it all off it would have a nice bar. I would make a guest room as well. That would consist of a bathroom, twin bed, and a tv. Addition to the baseball field there would be a bat rack so I can choose from whatever bat I want to use. The kitchen would have an island with chandeliers. Thanks you for reading my story and will see you next Wednesday

If I Could Travel Anywhere

If I could go anywhere on earth would be Vietnam. My dad was born in Vietnam and I’ve always wanted to go there. The food is also super good. There’s food stands everywhere you look and people ride motorcycles and mopeds. I think that the language is super cool and I could learn some of it. There very few words I know and I used ti know how to count to ten in Vietnamese but know it’s all faded and I can’t do it that well. I also want to experience what my dad lived in when he was a kid.
